Breast Lift Before & After: Post-Weight Loss Enhancement Results

This post-weight loss patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume depletion and ptosis with asymmetry. At 5’8″ and 180 pounds, her examination revealed significant breast tissue laxity requiring correction. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 400cc smooth round silicone implants. Her 12-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved symmetry and natural upper pole fullness.
