This 42-year-old mother presented for breast enhancement to address post-pregnancy changes, including tissue laxity, volume loss, and mild asymmetry. The surgical plan for this 5’6″ patient included a combined mastopexy-augmentation with 371cc silicone implants. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume, improved position, and corrected symmetry with natural-appearing contours and well-healed incisions.
