Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Complete Enhancement Results

This 34-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address ptosis, volume loss, and prominent axillary tissue. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with volume depletion and bilateral axillary fullness resistant to weight loss. The surgical plan included a combined approach: mastopexy-augmentation with 385cc high-profile Allergan implants in the submuscular position, complemented by targeted axillary liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position and volume with elimination of axillary bulging.
