Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Complete Enhancement Results

This 30-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address developmental ptosis and axillary tissue prominence. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with inadequate volume and prominent axillary breast tissue. The surgical plan included a combined approach: mastopexy-augmentation with 275cc medium-profile Allergan SoftTouch implants in the submuscular position, complemented by axillary liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position and volume by eliminating axillary fullness.
