Breast Lift Before & After: B to D Cup Enhancement Results

This 45-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address ptosis and volume loss following childbirth. At 5’6″ and 155 pounds, her examination revealed breast tissue laxity with B-cup volume seeking D-cup enhancement. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 371cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants. Her 12-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved overall breast aesthetics.
