Breast Lift Before & After: Complete Enhancement Results

This 41-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with Grade III ptosis and volume depletion. At 5’5″ and 140 pounds, her examination revealed significant breast tissue laxity requiring comprehensive correction. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants to address both positional and volume concerns. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position and volume with improved overall breast aesthetics.
