This 32-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss and ptosis following childbirth. Her examination revealed significant breast tissue laxity with volume depletion. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 310cc moderate-profile smooth round cohesive gel implants. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved overall breast aesthetics.
