Breast Lift Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement Results

This 32-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address ptosis and volume loss following three pregnancies. At 5’9″ and 163 pounds, her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with hypomastia. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 365cc moderate-profile silicone gel implants. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved overall breast aesthetics.
