Breast Reduction Before & After: Young Patient Results

This 19-year-old patient presented with macromastia and significant breast ptosis with areolar hypertrophy. At 5’0″ and 215 pounds, her examination revealed excessive breast volume with compromised position and enlarged areolae. The surgical plan included reduction mammaplasty with mastopexy and areolar reduction to achieve improved breast proportion and position. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast aesthetics with improved position, refined areolar diameter, and balanced breast volume.
