This 54-year-old patient presented for breast reduction and body contouring to address Grade III breast ptosis with macromastia and significant trunk laxity. Her examination revealed severe breast ptosis with excess volume, accompanied by substantial abdominal skin redundancy and lipodystrophy affecting the abdomen and flank regions. The surgical plan included a combined approach: breast reduction with mastopexy to address breast concerns, full abdominoplasty to correct abdominal laxity, and targeted liposuction of the flanks. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved breast proportion and position with enhanced trunk definition and refined torso contours.
