This 41-year-old patient presented for breast revision surgery following deflation of an 11-year-old saline implant. At 5’5″ and 145 pounds, her examination revealed moderate ptosis with acceptable breast aesthetics despite implant failure. The surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange with placement of 360cc high-profile smooth round implants. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate restored breast volume with maintained natural contours.
