Breast Revision Before & After: Re-Augmentation Results

This 33-year-old patient presented for revision breast surgery following a complex history of prior mastopexy-augmentation with subsequent implant removal. Her examination revealed significant tissue descent with inadequate upper pole volume following the previous explantation. The surgical plan included submuscular re-augmentation with 295cc high-profile Allergan SoftTouch silicone implants specifically selected to restore upper pole fullness while respecting her concerns about excessive overall volume. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved breast aesthetics with enhanced upper pole projection and restored volume distribution.
