Breast Revision Before & After: Implant Deflation Correction

This 39-year-old patient presented for revision breast surgery following the spontaneous deflation of a left saline implant. Her examination revealed volume asymmetry due to unilateral implant failure. The surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange to Allergan medium-profile silicone implants with differential sizing (330cc left, 360cc right) to optimize symmetry. Her post-operative results demonstrate restored breast volume with improved bilateral balance.
