This patient has heavy brows, excess eyelid skin, a loose neck and loss of her jawline. She had a full face lift, neck lift, brow lift, and blepharoplasty. Combining the procedures keeps the face in harmony-that is, the upper face, eyes, lower face and neck all look like they are the same age. If just the lower face/neck or just the brows and eyes were done, the face would be out of balance.
