Facelift Before & After: Total Facial Rejuvenation Results

This 63-year-old patient presented for comprehensive facial rejuvenation to address pan-facial aging. Her examination revealed significant facial and cervical laxity with periorbital aging affecting both upper and lower eyelids. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach: face and neck lift with SMAS elevation and corset platysmaplasty, combined with quad-blepharoplasty. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved midface projection, refined neck contours, and rejuvenated periorbital appearance while maintaining natural facial harmony.
