Facelift Before & After: Thin Face Enhancement Results

This 61-year-old patient with a slender facial structure presented for lower facial rejuvenation to address cervical and jowl laxity causing age-inappropriate appearance. Her examination revealed prominent jowling, central neck skin redundancy, and deepened nasolabial folds. The surgical plan included a combined face and neck lift to address all areas of concern. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved jawline definition, refined neck contours, elevated malar tissue, and softened nasolabial folds.
