Facelift Before & After: Secondary Rejuvenation Results

This 65-year-old patient presented for secondary facial rejuvenation 15 years after primary cheek lift surgery. Her examination revealed recurrent lower facial and cervical laxity with prominent nasolabial folds and jowling. The surgical plan included a lower facelift and necklift, followed by combination Halo laser/BBL treatment for skin quality enhancement. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved lower facial definition with refined jawline contours and enhanced skin texture.
