Liposuction Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Body Contouring

This 37-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for liposuction and abdominal contouring to address multiple aesthetic concerns. Her examination revealed significant abdominal skin redundancy with underlying diastasis recti, accompanied by lipodystrophy affecting the flank regions. The surgical plan included a combined approach: abdominoplasty with muscle plication to repair the diastasis and eliminate excess skin, coupled with targeted liposuction of the flanks. Her post-operative results demonstrate improved abdominal definition with enhanced waistline contours and elimination of flank fullness.
