This man had gynecomastia or male breast enlargement. The excess breast tissue can be either fibrous glandular tissue, fatty tissue, or a combination of both. Men with a significant fatty component respond very well to liposuction and often do not need the gland resected-a procedure that often leaves them with a concave depression beneath the areolae.
This gentleman had liposuction only, using a combination of ultrasonic and traditional liposuction.
