Mommy Makeover Before & After: Total Body Transformation

This 33-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for comprehensive body contouring following three pregnancies. Her examination revealed breast ptosis with volume depletion, prominent axillary breast tissue, and significant abdominal skin laxity with diastasis recti. The surgical plan included a multi-procedure approach: submuscular breast augmentation using 310cc medium-profile Allergan cohesive gel implants, axillary liposuction, and full abdominoplasty with muscle plication and umbilicoplasty. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with the elimination of axillary fullness and improved abdominal definition with restored core integrity.
