This 32 year old patient lost over 120 pounds after a gastric sleeve surgery resulting with skin laxity and overhanging abdominal skin. She complained that it was causing her irritation and frustration. She elected to have an abdominoplasty. She is 5 ft 6 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Photos were taken 6 months post op.
