Breast Augmentation Before & After: Correcting Asymmetry with Custom Implant Sizing

This 25-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address small breast size and mild breast and chest wall asymmetry. Her examination revealed a small B cup with bilateral asymmetry. The surgical plan included submuscular placement using different implant volumes to optimize symmetry: 360cc Allergan Natrelle medium-profile silicone implant on the left and 345cc on the right, selected through intraoperative sizing. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and natural-appearing contours.
