This 28-year-old patient came to us unhappy with the size of her breasts, wanting more volume and upper fullness. She had slight asymmetry, with her left breast slightly smaller and higher than her right. After discussing the options, she elected to have subpectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation with placement of smooth round high profile Allergan Natrelle 325 ml silicone gel implants.  Even with her slight asymmetry the same size implant was used bilaterally to give her a beautiful result that balances her body.
