Breast Augmentation Before & After: Combined Enhancement with Axillary Contouring

This 39-year-old patient presented with hypomastia, chest wall asymmetry, and prominent axillary breast tissue. Her examination revealed bilateral anterior axillary fullness requiring correction. The surgical plan included differential sizing with submuscular placement of medium-profile silicone implants: 275cc right and 295cc left, combined with targeted liposuction of the axillary breast tissue. This dual approach addressed both volume deficiency and axillary contour concerns. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and refined lateral chest wall contours.
