This 40-year-old patient presented with breast ptosis and asymmetry. At 5’6″ and 125 pounds, her examination revealed significant tissue laxity with adequate native breast volume, making her an ideal candidate for mastopexy without augmentation. The presence of natural breast tissue volume allowed for comprehensive reshaping through skin and tissue repositioning alone. The surgical plan included bilateral mastopexy with careful attention to tissue redistribution and nipple-areola complex repositioning to achieve optimal symmetry while maintaining her natural breast volume. This approach focused on creating youthful breast contours through strategic tissue redraping and internal support. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position with improved symmetry, optimal nipple-areola complex placement, and refined breast contours that complement her frame, while the incisions continue to mature appropriately.
