Breast Augmentation Before & After: Small Frame Enhancement Results

This 25-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with minimal native breast tissue. At 5’6″ and 118 pounds, her slender frame and A cup size influenced the decision to utilize silicone implants for optimal tissue coverage. The surgical plan included dual-plane submuscular placement of 240cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants through inframammary incisions. This conservative implant size selection and dual-plane technique were chosen to ensure natural-appearing results in the setting of minimal soft tissue coverage. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with balanced proportions that complement her lean frame.
