Breast Augmentation Before & After: Natural Asymmetry Correction

This 25-year-old patient presented with breast asymmetry and volume deficiency. At 5’8″ and 148 pounds, her examination revealed asymmetric breast volume and nipple positioning. The surgical plan included dual-plane submuscular placement of 375cc moderate-profile smooth round implants. While the surgical approach successfully addressed the volume asymmetry, the patient elected to maintain her natural nipple position without additional modification. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved overall symmetry through balanced implant positioning, while preserving the original nipple position per her preference.
