Breast Lift Before & After: Post-Weight Loss Enhancement

This 23-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address post-weight loss changes following significant breast development during puberty. At 5’2″ and 125 pounds, her examination revealed breast ptosis with volume depletion from weight fluctuations. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 365cc high-profile implants to restore volume while optimizing breast position. Her 7-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved upper pole fullness and refined breast contours.
