This 41 year old patient has grade 3 breast ptosis and loss of volume. She underwent placement of 400 cc moderate profile smooth round silicone implants in the subpectoral position and a mastopexy to tighten and lift the breast. Patient is 5ft 5 inches tall and weighs 140 lbs.

Results shown 6 months after her procedure.
