Breast Reduction Before & After: Young Patient Results

This 18-year-old patient presented with macromastia and breast ptosis, measuring 32DDD with right-sided asymmetry and volume dominance. At 5’6″ and 130 pounds, her examination revealed significant breast tissue excess with compromised position. The surgical plan included reduction mammaplasty with mastopexy, incorporating differential tissue removal to address asymmetry. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate improved breast proportion and symmetry with enhanced position, while incisions continue to mature.
