Breast Revision Before & After: Complex Correction Results

This 39-year-old patient presented for breast revision surgery following complications with 15-year-old saline implants, including left implant deflation, right capsular contracture, and left-sided pocket deformity. At 5’7″ and 115 pounds, her examination revealed asymmetric implant positioning with lateral and inferior malposition on the left. The surgical plan included bilateral implant exchange with 490cc moderate-profile smooth round implants, accompanied by strategic pocket modification: left-sided inferior and lateral pocket plication, bilateral medial pocket expansion, and selective pectoralis release to optimize implant positioning. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate improved breast symmetry with enhanced implant position and refined breast contours.
