Facelift Before & After: Natural Rejuvenation Results

This 60-year-old patient presented for facial rejuvenation addressing cervical laxity, compromised jawline definition, upper eyelid dermatochalasis, and deep nasolabial folds. Her examination revealed significant neck and lower facial laxity with periorbital aging. The surgical plan included face and neck lift combined with upper blepharoplasty to achieve natural-appearing rejuvenation. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with restored jawline definition, improved neck contours, elevated malar tissue, and refined periorbital appearance while maintaining natural facial harmony.
