Facelift Case #44

This 65 year-old woman lost over 225 lbs. leaving her with skin laxity on the lower face and especially the neck. She has also lost some volume in her face from the weight loss.

She had a face and necklift with repositioning of the cheek and jawline tissue to remove the excess skin, tighten the underlying neck muscles, resuspend the cheek fat restoring some of lost volume in her cheeks. She also had 2 Halo laser resurfacing treatments to improve her skin pigmentation and texture.

Her results are 3 months after her procedure showing her natural and more youthful appearance. Notice that she looks younger and more refreshed, but doesn’t look like she has had a facelift.
