Facelift Before & After: Post-Weight Loss Rejuvenation Results

This 63-year-old post-weight loss patient presented for facial rejuvenation following a 100-pound weight loss achieved through diet and exercise. Her examination revealed significant cervical laxity, prominent jowling, and dyschromia with compromised skin texture. The surgical plan included a multi-modality approach: face and neck lift to address tissue laxity, followed by Halo laser resurfacing for skin quality enhancement. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced facial aesthetics with improved jawline definition, refined neck contours, and rejuvenated skin texture.
