This 30-year-old mommy makeover patient presented with multiple post-pregnancy concerns including breast ptosis with volume loss, prominent axillary breast tissue, abdominal laxity, and hip adiposity. Her examination revealed significant breast changes requiring both volume restoration and position correction, along with redundant axillary breast tissue extending into the armpit regions. The surgical plan included a comprehensive approach: mastopexy-augmentation using 335cc high-profile Allergan smooth round silicone implants, targeted liposuction of the axillary breast rolls, abdominoplasty to address skin laxity, and hip liposuction for improved contours. This multi-procedure approach allowed for complete body recontouring in a single surgical session.
