This 52 year old patient achieved a massive weight loss of 150 lbs. with gastric bypass surgery.  She came to us wanting to address the loose sagging skin in her upper arms, mid-section and thighs and loss of volume and sagging in her breasts.

Her results are shown 7 months post surgery.  Dr. Griffin performed a breast lift with augmentation using Allergan 360cc smooth silicone implants; a trunk lipectomy to remove excess skin on her abdomen and hips, as well as a thigh lift to remove excess skin on the thighs. She looks great and is thrilled with her results.
