This 59-year-old post-bariatric surgery patient presented with significant upper back laxity following complex weight fluctuations, including a 100-pound loss, subsequent regain, and second weight loss. At 5’3″ and 188 pounds, her examination revealed substantial tissue redundancy and skin rolls of the upper back region. The surgical plan included an upper back lift to address the excess tissue and restore natural contours. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate improved upper back definition with elimination of skin rolls, with incisions continuing to mature.
