This patient had gastric bypass surgery and lost over 110 lbs leaving her with loose skin circumferentially around the trunk, with laxity on the buttock. She had previous abdominal surgery as well.

She had a trunk lipectomy to improve her circumferential laxity, tightening the abdomen, flanks, and buttock/lower back areas.
