This 53-year-old post-weight loss patient and mother of two presented for body contouring to address significant tissue redundancy. Her examination revealed circumferential trunk laxity extending from the upper abdomen to the lower back and buttocks, accompanied by notable skin excess along the anteromedial thigh regions. After thorough evaluation, the surgical plan included a combined circumferential body lift and thigh lift approach to comprehensively address all areas of concern. The circumferential body lift component focused on recontouring the entire trunk region, while the thigh lift specifically targeted the redundant tissue along the inner thigh areas. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate significant improvement in body contours with enhanced definition of the waistline, flattening of the abdomen, improved buttock projection, and refined thigh contours with elimination of excess tissue.
