This 43-year-old patient presented for upper facial rejuvenation to address dynamic rhytids. Her examination revealed hyperactive frontalis, glabellar, and lateral orbicularis oculi muscle activity causing animation-dependent wrinkles. The treatment plan included Botox Cosmetic injection to the upper forehead, glabellar, and lateral canthal regions. Her 2-week post-treatment results demonstrate diminished upper facial rhytids with preserved natural expression.
