Breast Augmentation Before & After: Dual-Plane Enhancement Results

This 24-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with moderate ptosis, seeking increased volume without mastopexy. At 5’6″ and 130 pounds, her examination revealed tissue laxity amenable to dual-plane technique. The surgical plan included submuscular dual-plane placement of 300cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants, selected to optimize implant positioning and address mild ptosis while achieving desired volume enhancement. Her 3-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved tissue distribution and natural-appearing contours.
