This 24 year-old patient wanted fuller breasts and a natural appearance. She is 5ft 6 inches tall and weighs 130 lbs. and has moderate ptosis (sagging) of her breasts, but did not want a breast lift.

She had a subpectoral dual plane augmentation with 300cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants, achieving her desired size and shape. Results shown are 3 months post surgery.
