Breast Augmentation Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement Results

This 40-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss, seeking to increase from a 34A to a full C cup. At 5’2″ and 120 pounds, her examination indicated candidacy for dual-plane technique. The surgical plan included submuscular dual-plane placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone gel implants, selected to achieve optimal volume enhancement while maintaining natural tissue dynamics. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with balanced proportions that complement her petite frame.
