Breast Augmentation Before & After: 560cc Post-Pregnancy Enhancement

This 30-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss following childbirth and breastfeeding. At 5’5″ and 135 pounds, her examination revealed decreased breast volume with a current 36B cup size. She expressed interest in restoring her pre-pregnancy fullness, seeking an increase to a full C/small D cup range. The surgical plan included dual-plane submuscular placement of 560cc moderate-profile smooth round implants, selected to achieve optimal volume while maintaining natural tissue dynamics. The dual-plane technique was chosen to allow for better implant positioning and enhanced lower pole fullness. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved upper pole fullness and lower pole projection, creating balanced chest wall proportions that complement her frame.
