This 36-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address post-breastfeeding volume loss following three pregnancies. During her consultation, she expressed her desire to have her breast be the size they were during pregnancy. Her examination revealed significant tissue depletion with A cup volume. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 335cc high-profile Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch cohesive silicone gel implants to restore volume to her desired C cup size. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast fullness with natural-appearing contours. She is delighted with the result.
