Breast Augmentation Case #15063
This 28-year-old patient had small, asymmetric breasts and wanted to increase her size and improve her symmetry. She was a B cup size and desired fuller look closer to a D. Her left breast was slightly fuller with an inframammary fold height sitting slightly lower on her chest.
Asymmetry is a very common issue that can be easily addressed by combining different size and profile implants.
While absolute symmetry is not always achievable due to inherent differences in the breast and chest, we were able to achieve the best symmetry with a medium profile 295 mL implant on the left and 310 mL implant on the right. Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch implants were used.
