This 28-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement with wide-set breasts and mild asymmetry, noting a higher right breast with laterally oriented nipple. At 5’3″ and 140 pounds, she sought to increase from a B cup to a full C cup. The surgical plan included submuscular placement of 400cc moderate-profile smooth round silicone implants through inframammary incisions, with careful attention to pocket dissection to address the breast asymmetry and wide spacing. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry and cleavage.
