Breast Lift Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Enhancement Results

This 33-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address volume loss and ptosis following three pregnancies. Her examination revealed significant breast asymmetry with post-breastfeeding changes. The surgical plan included a differential mastopexy-augmentation approach: 550cc high-profile smooth round silicone implant for the left breast and 600cc for the right breast, both placed in submuscular position. Her 4-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume with improved symmetry, optimal nipple-areola complex positioning, and refined breast contours.
