Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Post-Pregnancy Results

This 37-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address post-lactational changes and asymmetry. Her examination revealed breast ptosis with volume depletion, asymmetric tissue distribution, and prominent axillary breast tissue. The surgical plan included a combined approach: mastopexy-augmentation with 255cc medium-profile Allergan SoftTouch implants in the submuscular position, complemented by axillary liposuction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast position and volume with improved symmetry and elimination of axillary fullness.
