Breast Lift with Implants Before & After: Complete Enhancement Results

This 36-year-old post-pregnancy patient presented for breast enhancement to address longstanding concerns exacerbated by multiple pregnancies. Her examination revealed significant breast ptosis with volume depletion and areolar hypertrophy following breastfeeding three children. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with 415cc high-profile Allergan SoftTouch implants and areolar reduction. Her post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with reduced areolar diameter.
