This 34-year-old patient presented for breast enhancement to address ptosis and volume deficiency. Her examination revealed significant breast tissue laxity with inadequate volume. The surgical plan included mastopexy-augmentation with submuscular placement of 365cc high-profile smooth round implants to restore volume while optimizing breast position. Her 6-month post-operative results demonstrate enhanced breast volume and position with improved upper pole fullness and refined breast contours.
